Contestants must submit either a review, testimonial, or story on the UroClub's Facebook, UroClub's Twitter page and the UroClub's product review page. Winners will be selected based on completion of requirements and originality. Only one winner will be chosen. Entries must be submitted from the Facebook and Twitter account of the customer (person who's name appears on the order). Winners will be verified as eligible, by their name and corresponding order number. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORDER ID WITH EACH ENTRY!
